One of the hats Mum has made to help keep my head nice and warm.
She's become an expert at making them.
Another day of the same. In bed all day. Ate mac and cheese and watched a little Harry Potter 2 with Mum.
Sage, you should have Nana make you one of these hats. You would like it. :)

So my oldest sister has been knitting for years now. In fact she's developed a carpal tunnel (sp?) type disorder from it. She has knitted me many beautiful things, but mostly hats.
Anyway her husband periodically brings up that they don't do as many things together as he would like and he thinks they should go fishing. She explains that she fished as a kid and has thoroughly gotten it out of her system, thank-you very much. She then suggests that if he wants to share activities she will teach him to knit and they can sit in the rockers together and make hats and sweaters. He always drops the subject.
